What sizes are available?
Our apparel typically ranges from XS to 3XL. Size availability may vary by item, so be sure to check the product page for specifics.
How do your items fit?
All Yalla Detroit pieces are true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. For a looser or oversized look, consider sizing up.
Are your products unisex?
Yes. Every item we produce is designed to be unisex—created with all identities in mind and meant to be worn by anyone who connects with our story.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Pre-order items may take 2–4 weeks to ship. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
What does “pre-order” mean?
Pre-order means the item is being made just for you. These are limited runs, produced in small batches, and usually ship within the timeframe stated on the product page—generally 2–4 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties or taxes upon delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor its progress.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return window for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All in-person sales, including pop-ups and purchases made at the Arab American National Museum, are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are accepted for these transactions.
What about items purchased in person or at the Arab American National Museum?
Whether purchased online, in person, or through one of our museum partners, in-person purchases are final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for those transactions.
How should I care for my apparel?
To preserve quality:

- Wash on a cold, gentle cycle
- Tumble dry low
- Avoid ironing directly over designs
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment platforms, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards.
