Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at yalladetroit@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to our store address.

Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing by banks or credit card companies may take additional time

Processing & Shipping Times

Pre-Orders:

  • Made in limited batches
  • Allow 3–4 weeks for production and fulfillment
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped

Regular Orders:

  • In-stock items are processed within 1 week and shipped promptly
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
